Industrial customers cannot afford mid-shift failures. Our quality programme is designed around that reality — every chain link, sprocket tooth, coupling hub and gear face is produced to specification, inspected, and recorded before it leaves the facility.
When something does go wrong in the field, we treat it as a process question, not a blame question — and feed the root cause back into design, manufacturing or inspection so it cannot recur.

Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015 — covering design, manufacturing, inspection, packaging and dispatch processes.
Material Traceability
Every batch of raw material is logged with mill test certificates. Components are traceable from finished part back to the source heat.
Dimensional Inspection
Critical dimensions are inspected with calibrated instruments at incoming, in-process and final stages. Out-of-tolerance parts are quarantined.
Process Control
Documented standard operating procedures govern machining, heat treatment and assembly. Process parameters are monitored and recorded.
Hardness & Heat Treatment
Pins, bushings, sprocket teeth and gear surfaces are heat-treated to specification and verified by hardness testing before assembly.
